- We are not using
"cookies".
- The information a
customer is providing in order to make an online
payment to us, is collected on secure servers by
reputable banks. SMPS Power Supplies does not
keep records of any credit card used to make a
payment.
e-mail :
- When you are
sending us an e-mail, we may keep it on our
archive indefinitely.
- We reserve the
right to post on our website, in part or in hole,
any e-mail not strictly related with
buying or selling a product or service. Please do
not send us an e-mail that may contain what you
consider to be "Confidential Information"
or "Trade Secrets".
- Pay special
attention to the questions you have for technical
support. Make sure that they do not reveal
any information that is considered confidential
by the company you are working for. To improve
our technical support, and help other customers,
we may publish the e-mail content on our "Technical
Support" page.
- Whenever we decide
to publish on our site an e-mail we will remove
the person's name and e-mail address. Also
removed will be the company's name with very few
exceptions, in case the company name is relevant
to the article we are publishing (such as when we
do a study relative to a company). However, we
reserve the right to publish on our site an
entire e-mail, including e-mail address, name and
the hidden header, if the e-mail contains
viruses, threats, hacker attacks, repeated spam,
or anything that may be considered illegal or
unethical.

request, we promise to disclose to you the
information we may have about you in our database.
You must identify yourself with the name, company
you are working for, your position and your e-mail.
The e-mail MUST originate from a company domain
name. However, if you are not already in our
database, as a result of your request, your
information will be recorded in the correspondent
database.
- If you do not
belong to one of the above mentioned categories,
we will not record your information (name and e-mail
address) in a database. We may send you one or
two e-mails about our products and services,
related to the content of the e-mail you sent us.
