SolarBridge Demonstrates TRUEAC Technology and New Partneners at Australia's Clean Energy Week
Brisbane, Australia (July 22, 2013) SolarBridge Technologies (SolarBridge), the U.S.-based leading provider of integrated microinverter solutions, will display the latest innovations in TRUEAC technology and announces new local partnerships at Clean Energy Week July 24-26, in Brisbane, Australia.
TRUEAC modules powered by SolarBridge microinverters greatly simplify installation, improve system reliability and safety and boost energy harvest. Unlike detached microinverters, which must be rack-attached as a separate field installation, SolarBridge integrated microinverters are electrically and mechanically matched with the PV module and factory-attached and tested to create TRUEAC modules. The entire module assembly is then backed by an end-to-end 25-year warranty by the module partners, ensuring longevity, performance and quality of service at the lowest lifetime cost.
SolarBridge partners Blueline Solar, Tindo Solar and Solarland have been installing TRUEAC modules at a rapidly growing rate in Australian residential sites. SolarBridge recently announced the addition of Hareon Solar to its roster of partner manufacturers. Hareon is distributing in Australia through Pivotal Solar.
This week, SolarBridge announces that Australian Microinverters Inc. and AC Solar Warehouse will also distribute TRUEAC modules in Australia.
"With its large residential and growing commercial solar markets, Australia has huge potential for ACPV solutions," said Bill Mulligan, president/CEO of SolarBridge. "TRUEAC microinverter technology from SolarBridge enables our partners to offer a differentiated AC module product that is safe and reliable with the industry's easiest installation and highest performance at the lowest lifetime energy cost."
SolarBridge Pantheon II microinverters are fully certified by NSW Office of Fair Trading and listed with the CEC and Western Power as an approved inverter. Testing for the certification has been performed by an Australian accredited lab, Austest Laboratories, to AS4777.2, AS4777.3, AS/NZS 3100, and AS 60529, with recent additional evaluations completed to IEC62109-1/-2. In addition to these inverter safety standards, SolarBridge conducts its own performance testing in the extreme conditions that are unique to Australia, with installations at test facilities in Townsville, Australia, and soon, Alice Springs.
"No other microinverter company offers the stringent level of reliability standards that SolarBridge does," says Nigel Morris, head of Solar Business Consulting, an Australia-based advisor to solar companies and consumers. "TRUEAC modules with SolarBridge microinverters are being installed on Australian rooftops today, and customers are responding very well to the simplicity and performance of these systems."
SolarBridge continues to expand its solution offerings to better serve its customer base. Visit SolarBridge at Clean Energy Week at Booth #15 at the Brisbane Convention Center.
